Certified Pre-Owned verification is conducted pursuant to our standard 45-point documentation review, physical inspection, and title search. Buyers are encouraged to complete standard independent legal verification prior to deed execution.

3. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

All brand lockups, logos, visual photography, architectural renderings, and editorial articles are proprietary to INVESTIN and respective development partners.
